Problem
Riders comparing options across multiple ride-hailing providers have to open several apps to check price, distance, and availability — there was no single place to compare and book.
Solution
NavGo lets users compare and book rides across multiple providers, including Uber and Careem, by price, distance, and availability in one interface, backed by a referral and loyalty points system.
What I built
- Built the ride-comparison and booking flow across multiple third-party ride providers.
- Implemented a referral and loyalty points system, dark mode, and 24/7 in-app support flows to improve retention and user experience.
- Developed the marketing website and app landing experience alongside the core booking product.

Engineering challenges
