Problem
Large construction programs generate a constant stream of technical submittals, MIR/WIR records, and correspondence across systems like Aconex and SharePoint. Manually classifying, routing, and reconciling these documents is slow and error-prone, and missing records surface late — usually when they're contractually expensive.
Solution
An internal automation toolset that classifies and routes technical documents between Aconex and SharePoint, extracts review comments from technical submittals (MIR/WIR) into structured Excel reports, and reconciles logs to detect and sync missing project records.
